Hold repeat offenders accountable for their actions by enhancing punishment for firearm offenses and crimes of violence.
Protect the 2nd Amendment rights of Marylanders.
Combat the drug overdose epidemic through supporting stricter punishment for drug dealers and distributors of illegal narcotics.
Protect student safety in schools through holding students accountable for disruptive and criminal behavior.

Acknowledge we have a substance use and mental health crisis in Maryland.
Support behavioral health treatment resources that provide comprehensive services based on the needs of individuals.
Advocate for school choice to allow public funding to follow students where they choose to attend school.
Respect the role of parents in their children’s education and enhance transparency in the curriculum.
Advocate for Frederick County by obtaining funding for needed school construction, road improvements, infrastructure, and local projects to assist our towns and municipalities in District 4.
Support our agricultural community by protecting and preserving our farmland, opposing the MPRP, reducing regulations and permitting requirements, expanding agritourism, value-added agriculture and direct-to-consumer sales, and strengthening agricultural education programs. Oppose the MPRP.
Restore funding to the state’s Developmental Disabilities Administration to fund services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Advocate for residents impacted by hyper-scale data center expansion by working with local officials to reevaluate the CDI overlay, while also ensuring sufficient air quality monitoring, water and energy demand costs are not passed on to taxpayers, and sufficient safety protocols are instituted.

Bring back fiscal accountability to Annapolis by proposing responsible spending and addressing the structural deficit.

Support Maryland businesses by eliminating burdensome overregulation, taxes and fees.
Support growing the economy through policies that encourage job creation and business investment. Focus on emerging industries that will bring jobs and business to Maryland.
Advocate for senior citizens and retirees to remain in Maryland through tax incentives.
Develop reliable and affordable energy by expanding energy generation, improving grid reliability, and pursuing an “all-of-the-above” energy strategy to reduce electricity costs.
Support legislation that repeals and reduces burdensome taxes and fees that are creating financial hardships for our residents.
